Custom framing for commercial projects

Offices, hotels, retail sites, galleries and institutions usually need more than one piece framed to a shared specification.

The estimator collects the details that matter for multi-piece work, so an indicative price and a later detailed quotation are based on the same information.

Multi-piece consistency

When a set of works is framed together, the frame profile, mat colour, glazing and finished proportions need to be treated as one specification. We record those decisions at the estimate stage so a group of pieces reads as a single collection rather than a set of separate orders.

Commercial pricing

Larger runs are priced as a project. Where quantity, repetition and shared materials reduce the work involved, multi-piece pricing may be applied. We do not publish fixed discount tiers, because the saving depends on the specification rather than the count alone.

Repeat projects

Specifications from an earlier stage can be recorded and reused, so a later order matches what was produced before. This matters for hotel room rollouts, retail sites and office floors delivered over time.

Collection, delivery and installation

Artwork can be collected from your site, storage or supplier, and finished work delivered or installed. These services are organised and quoted separately from the framing price, and some may be provided by specialist partners.

Production planning

Larger projects are planned around material availability, workshop capacity and the sequence work needs to arrive in. Planning happens after a detailed quotation is requested and the specification is confirmed.

Clear communication

You receive a written estimate with the assumptions and exclusions stated. If something in the project needs review — unusual sizes, fragile items, difficult site access — we say so rather than quietly pricing around it.

Suitable project types

If your project sits outside these, the estimator still records the details and flags the work for review.

  • Corporate offices, reception areas and meeting rooms
  • Hotels, serviced apartments and hospitality venues
  • Retail stores and multi-site rollouts
  • Galleries, exhibitions and artist editions
  • Government departments, schools and institutions
  • Interior design and fitout projects

Estimate, detailed quote, production

Three distinct stages. Nothing moves to the next stage without your instruction.

  1. 1

    Indicative estimate

An automated price range based on the information you provide in the estimator.

  2. 2

    Detailed quotation

Prepared only after you request it. The framing team reviews the items, measurements and materials.

  3. 3

    Production

Scheduled once the detailed quotation is agreed and the specification is confirmed.

Realistic schedules

Production timing depends on quantity, materials, glazing and the complexity of the work. Preferred timeframes are recorded in the estimator, and confirmed timing is provided with a detailed quotation rather than promised in advance.

Sydney enquiries are currently fulfilled by Amarisco Framing, an established custom framing workshop based in Artarmon and operating since 1976.

Start with an indicative estimate

Provide the specification once and receive a written estimate covering the whole project, including quantity, services and preferred timing.
