How it works
A clearer way to organise custom framing
The estimator replaces a vague enquiry form with six structured steps, so the information needed to price framing is captured properly the first time.
You stay in control of what happens next. An estimate is a guide; a detailed quotation only happens when you ask for one.
The six estimator steps
- 1
Item type
Paper, canvas, jersey or object, or something else entirely.
- 2
Item details and framing configuration
Dimensions in millimetres, plus the framing questions relevant to that item type.
- 3
Approximate quantity
How many pieces are included in the project.
- 4
Extra services
Printing, collection, delivery and installation, with locations where relevant.
- 5
Additional information
Notes, up to five reference photos and your preferred timeframe.
- 6
Contact and project details
Where the estimate should be sent and how the project should be recorded.
What happens after you submit
The rules are the same for every project, commercial or residential.
Supported configurations receive an indicative price range immediately.
Projects submitted as Other receive no automatic price and are sent for review instead.
Every supported estimate is emailed to the address you provide.
The internal team initially receives an FYI-only copy of each estimate.
A detailed quotation is prepared only when you explicitly request one.
Printing, collection, delivery and installation are organised and quoted separately.
Estimates versus quotations
An indicative estimate is an automated guide based on the information you supply. A detailed quotation is prepared only after an explicit request, except for projects submitted as Other, which require review automatically.
Work through the six steps
Most projects take a few minutes to describe. Your answers are kept as you move between steps.
