About this website

Framing Sydney provides information about custom framing services and an online estimator that produces indicative pricing for framing projects in Sydney.

Sydney enquiries are currently fulfilled by Amarisco Framing, an established custom framing workshop based in Artarmon and operating since 1976. Production, measurement and final pricing are carried out by the fulfilment workshop.

Estimates are not offers

Any figure produced by the estimator is an indicative estimate only. It is generated automatically from the answers you supply and is not a quotation, an offer or a contract.

A binding price is only ever given in a written detailed quotation issued after the project has been reviewed. Nothing on this website obliges us or the fulfilment workshop to accept a project or to supply at an estimated price.

Accuracy of the information you supply

The estimate depends entirely on the accuracy of the measurements, materials and quantities you enter. You are responsible for checking that the details are correct. Incorrect dimensions, an unusual construction, or a condition issue discovered on inspection will change the price and the timeframe.

Acceptable use

• Use the website only for genuine framing enquiries.
• Do not submit false, misleading or abusive information.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that is unlawful or offensive.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, scrape, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.

Reference photographs

When you upload a reference photograph you confirm you have the right to share it, and you give us and the fulfilment workshop permission to use it for the purpose of quoting and completing your project. We do not use your photographs for marketing or publish them without your written permission.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, graphics and design of this website belong to Framing Sydney or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use in connection with an enquiry, but you may not copy, republish or commercially reuse the content without permission. You keep all rights in the artwork, photographs and item details you submit.

Availability

We aim to keep the website available and the estimator working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, materials, prices and lead times shown on the site may change without notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on an indicative estimate, on general pricing guidance, or on any other information published on this website. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Terms covering the framing work itself, including deposits, approvals, delivery and defects, are set out in the detailed quotation and the fulfilment workshop's own terms of trade, which prevail over these website terms in relation to any order.

Privacy

Information you submit through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always appears on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
